We at Cropper Aviation understand that no training is as valuable as consistent training. Our goal is to provide full time instructors to our customers. Standing up a new C-130 fleet?  Our program will have 1 on-site program manager responsible for the continuity of the training plan and managing all personnel on site. We realize that consistency is key to any training program, and our personnel are passionate about providing quality training which will allow you to develop an autonomous C-130 capability.
