Cropper Aviation Personnel
Cropper Aviation’s elite team has experience in all regimes of flight operations and unit development.
Our pilots and loadmasters have flown slick C-130s, Special Operations low-level C-130s, Helicopter refueling C-130s, Gunship C-130s, and Rescue C-130s. They have also been test members, developing brand new variations and capabilities of the C-130. They have flown in contested, hostile environments. They have recovered battle damaged aircraft and handled life threatening emergencies during both high-level and low-level flight. They have made thousands of life and death decisions. They have planned and executed complex, multi-stage missions with dozens of dissimilar aircraft operating in close proximity. They have also been members of many U.S. Schoolhouse training locations developing and improving curriculum. They have been simulator operators and know just how to challenge other students to achieve their best performance. They are instructors and evaluators capable of helping customers become the crown jewel of C-130 operations.
Our maintenance personnel are the most experienced in the world. They have been trained in phase level maintenance, have depot level experience, and have risen to the peak of maintenance training. They have performed hundreds of engine runs, recovered aircraft from the middle of nowhere, and operated in the harshest of environments. They have been members of the maintenance schoolhouses. They have streamlined maintenance procedures, saving time and money. They have developed and trained hundreds of young maintainers and have done it in the Special Operations environment as well as conventional units. They have performed all the maintenance functions they are prepared to teach and are experts in keeping a C-130 healthy.
Our personnel designated to developing the support functions necessary for tactical operations of the C-130 are some of the most highly trained personnel in the world. They come from Special Operator units in the US Air Force, Army, and Navy. They have surveyed and opened airfields in the most hostile environments on earth. They have run air traffic control in disaster environments. They have surveyed and operated drop zones and landing zones in every environment imaginable. They are the culmination of the highest level of training and challenge.
All Cropper Aviation personnel have developed and edited regulations relating to flight operations, planning, mission execution, and integration with other forces. Many have worked on and operated additional aircraft beyond the C-130, giving them broad experiences to draw from to provide the best, most well-rounded training possible.
What makes Cropper Aviation different?
Our company philosophy is “We train our people so well they can work anywhere and we treat them so well they don’t want to leave.” Cropper Aviation prides itself on providing quality services and people who are passionate about the work they accomplish. Our people enjoy our work environments, making turnover low. We understand that providing consistent personnel in a rotational, overseas environment can be challenging. Our managerial style has proven to be very successful at retaining personnel and maintaining worker interest and satisfaction meaning our customers see the same people returning to train and build lasting relationships with the outstanding members of the C-130 community.
Our personnel have also worked around the globe, in many different Embassies and countries. We have established an extensive international network of skilled people who are capable of providing unique skill sets that would enhance your capabilities. Through our network of relationships, it may be possible to open opportunities quickly between your organization and other U.S. allies in the region.
Our parent company, Cropper Industries, is also capable of providing services in other arenas, such as Cyber Security and Systems Engineering through another entity, Cropper Federal Security. The ability for this contractual relationship to grow between the our customers and the network of Cropper Aviation’s partners is substantial.
As your C-130 capabilities grow, Cropper Aviation has the experience and expertise to provide counsel and advice on how to grow the infrastructure that would foster a larger unit, using more of your own personnel, which would elevate your organization’s standing in the region. We also have access to flying personnel from outside the C-130 community should you desire to grow in other military airlift transportation aircraft.
